Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Quantum Fox ("we", "us") collects through quantum-fox.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company (if you provide it), the topic you choose and your message.
- Early-access list. Your email address, if you ask to be notified about Quantum Fox Portfolio Vitals.
- Client portal. If you are a client, the files we share with you and any feedback you send through the portal. When you sign in we record the time and your IP address for security.
- Technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To email you about early access to Portfolio Vitals, if you signed up. Each of those emails will tell you how to opt out.
- To protect the site and the client portal from abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and third parties
The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The client portal sets one session cookie that keeps you signed in; it expires when you sign out or close your browser.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and form messages are delivered through our email provider. These companies process data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations. Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer needed. Portal files are removed after a project ends unless you ask us to keep them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Client portal passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and each client can access only their own files. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from the early-access list, by emailing info@quantum-fox.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
